My mission at Limpar Solutions Co. is quite simple: to provide high-quality services to our clients and a healthy work environment to our employees.

 

I have long been a believer that a cleaning company is no different than any other business. That being said, being in the industry for quite some time, I have noticed that there is a big dent in the industry, at least in the Greater Toronto Area. With various complaints from clients about cleaners and cleaning companies on one side, and high employee turnover, lack of client retention and endless unprofessionalism in the other, I have created a cleaning business model that is highly effective in solving the mentioned issues.

Our clients are all treated with absolute respect and made sure they are heard in their questions and concerns. When mistakes are made, we are quick to take accountability and fix them. We are reliable, punctual, responsive, and responsible.

Our employees are all paid fair living wages and treated with respect. I believe that it is primordial that our cleaners are happy in their jobs to do a good job, which is why we invest so much in building a healthy work environment and company culture. We, at Limpar Solutions, are truly a second family for each other.

We might not be perfect, but we are at the top of the best. Limpar Solutions is not a company that is run on the side for a little extra cash. We take our jobs seriously and are committed to scaling high, and providing the maximum number of people with our great cleaning service.
